User Research Design Sprint Facilitation Product and Service Innovation

A niche perfumery startup needed to shape its brand and product range. I recruited and engaged with connoisseur users to research fragrance-related experiences, uncovering the emotions and subtle roles that scents play in people’s lives. Through a design sprint, I guided the team in exploring brand extension opportunities and informing product innovation. By rapidly turning ideas into prototypes, the client was able to test and validate a new product and service concept with real-world prospect customers.
