End to end human centered consultancy for niche perfumery startup

A niche perfumery startup needed to give shape to its brand and its product range.

To research fragrance related experiences we engaged with selected connoisseur users. We gathered insights on the emotions, the experiences and the invisible roles that scents play in people’s lives.  
Through a series of sprints, we explored the insights that informed both branding and product innovation.

By quickly turning ideas into prototypes the client was able to have a wide variety of product
and service ideas tested with real world users.

YEAR: 2018

ROLE: liaison with R&D team, liaison with user insight agency, workshop facilitation, brand strategy, sketching, ideation, 3D Design, prototyping.


OUTCOME: creation of new brand, first product collection and ongoing support.
